Such per\u00adson\u00adal data trans\u00admit\u00adted on a vol\u00adun\u00adtary basis by a data sub\u00adject to the data con\u00adtroller are stored for the pur\u00adpose of pro\u00adcess\u00ading or con\u00adtact\u00ading the data sub\u00adject. There is no trans\u00adfer of this per\u00adson\u00adal data to third parties.<\/p>\n

    7. Routine erasure and blocking of personal data<\/h4>\n

    The data con\u00adtroller shall process and store the per\u00adson\u00adal data of the data sub\u00adject only for the peri\u00adod nec\u00ades\u00adsary to achieve the pur\u00adpose of stor\u00adage, or as far as this is grant\u00aded by the Euro\u00adpean leg\u00adis\u00adla\u00adtor or oth\u00ader leg\u00adis\u00adla\u00adtors in laws or reg\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions to which the con\u00adtroller is sub\u00adject to.<\/p>\n

    If the stor\u00adage pur\u00adpose is not applic\u00ada\u00adble, or if a stor\u00adage peri\u00adod pre\u00adscribed by the Euro\u00adpean leg\u00adis\u00adla\u00adtor or anoth\u00ader com\u00adpe\u00adtent leg\u00adis\u00adla\u00adtor expires, the per\u00adson\u00adal data are rou\u00adtine\u00adly blocked or erased in accor\u00addance with legal requirements.<\/p>\n

If a data sub\u00adject wish\u00ades to avail him\u00adself of this right of con\u00adfir\u00adma\u00adtion, he or she may, at any time, con\u00adtact any employ\u00adee of the controller.<\/p><\/li>\n
