As the name sug­gests, this female was bred by Suri­co. We were able to acquire this high-qual­i­ty female from Sue Richards at Suri­co in New Zealand in 2016. The renowned breed­ers from Suri­co Alpaca have been pro­duc­ing the cham­pi­ons in New Zealand for years. Giselle’s fleece is incred­i­bly fine for her age. At just over 18 microns, she has a silky soft fleece with very pro­nounced curls, which are an indi­ca­tion of its excel­lent den­si­ty. We are proud to have this geno­type here in Ger­many and look for­ward to con­tin­u­ing to breed with this female.
